The social media love duo prompted their daughter in the end of the video proving how they’re the true definition of family goals. The real question is what’s her secret to obtaining her bedroom body? Her snatched body and killer performance has women frantically searching for her tips and rules for working out. Truth is she’s a natural when it comes to this fit life. According to E! News Taylor dropped a few gems on her workout regimen. She says:
I do lazy workouts. Even squats hurt for me. I aint gonna front. I was 6 years old with a six pack. I was one of those brolic little kids. Once I get older I realized, ‘OK, this is not going anywhere. ‘ My arms are already kind of naturally brolic, so I try to work on things that I want more toned. I can give you advice all day on the butt and the legs.
Let me put it like this, at some point Little Debbie was sending me boxes of cakes. I always tell my mom I’m allergic to vegetables. I’m real funny. Like, if I can’t pronounce it or spell it, I won’t eat it. I’m more of a fried chicken, baked macaroni—I eat everything. I don’t eat healthy at all.
