I Do’s On Hold for Iggy Azalea And Nick Young

Iggy-Azalea-and-Nick-Young-are-ENGAGED

The Australian rapper, Iggy Azalea and long time boyfriend, NBA Player, Nick Young got engaged during his 30th birthday party last June.

Just yesterday Iggy went on Ryan Seacrest’s  KIIS-FM radio show for an interview. Before Nick proposed Iggy had canceled a planned tour.  She said then, she plans to tour at the end of the year, which will delay the couple’s wedding. Iggy told Seacrest:

I’m planning my wedding, actually moved my wedding ’cause I have to tour so my wedding plans are changing.

It was going to happen at the end of the year but now I have to go to work so we’ll probably have to wait until the end of the next basketball season to do that. So that kind of is a bit sucky, but it’s alright. Nick, Iggy said, is “really awesome and great and totally understanding and does not mind” postponing their nuptials.

I had to have a psychotic breakdown last year. I felt tired and stressed out.… Last year, I felt like I was definitely not in control of the media’s narrative of me. It made me feel very out of control of my own life or my ability to have my own perception of who I was.

Iggy and Nick’s relationship hasn’t been as public as the rappers music career but they seem to love each other very much and are very supportive of one another. Reviews say that Iggy should focus on something else other than music maybe a wedding is just what she needs to satisfy the fans. Don’t cancel Iggy, go and get married to the love of your life, the music can wait.

Seems like it was just yesterday when this star studded couple went on their first date.
